Location
Our newest residential address, Trinity at Alkimos, is near to both Joondalup and Yanchep and about 40 kms from Perth CBD.

The locality is named after the Greek freighter Alkimos which ran aground on the nearby coast in 1964. The wreck is just visible above the waves and is a popular surfing and fishing destination.
Trinity will be a community with three villages having distinctive characteristics drawn from the land – coastal, ridge and valley. It has been designed to be future-friendly, giving residents the best in environmental, social and economic design. It will be a place where you can live, work and play – sometimes without needing to get in your car.
How good would it be to be able to walk the kids to school, then walk to the local shops before going home to work in your own business, which just happens to overlook the beach?
Or how about walking the kids to school and being able to wonder at the variety of local fauna because the parklands are designed around the native land, carefully enriched and sustained by the developer?
Then catching a bus to your part time job in the new town centre to the north of Trinity? Or how about strolling down to the beach for a Sunday morning picnic breakfast?
All these opportunities – and many more - could be yours if you choose to live at Trinity.
However much you love where you live, you still need good connections to the rest of Perth – and Trinity has plenty of these with Marmion Avenue currently being extended through Trinity to Yanchep, and future rail and freeway extensions passing through, and close-by, the eastern edge.
