Buying at Trinity

Choosing a homesite at Trinity could be a challenge as there will be a diverse range of lot and housing types available.

Homesite frontages will range in width - and buyers will be able to buy vacant land, group housing lots or purpose-built dwellings. Display Villages are planned over the life of the development to showcase the vision for Trinity.

Design guidelines and colour palettes will be tailored to suit the distinct characters of the three villages (coastal, ridge and valley). Some special guidelines may also apply to homes within our exclusive dress circle precincts or other significant locations. 

For example, if you buy a homesite with views, or overlooking a park, we will be encouraging you to incorporate verandahs, decks, balconies to take advantage of the views.

Smaller cottage areas with reduced front setbacks will be available in and around the village centre and the vehicle access to these homes will be via laneways to enable us to focus the village centre design on pedestrians and make it a safer environment for everyone to walk in.

More details will be provided as development progresses.  However, in order to maintain a sense of unity, the overall theme will continue throughout the development.
