Building at Trinity

Trinity at Alkimos will be strikingly different from other residential communities.

A uniform theme will be applied to the houses, streetscapes, parks and public art .

The development theme will evoke the feeling of freedom, escape and relaxation. It is consistent with a recreational lifestyle where the emphasis is on a modern, interactive, healthy existence.

To reflect this theme we’ll be encouraging a contemporary home based on informal living and connection to outdoor spaces. We’d like homes in Trinity to incorporate wide natural timber decks, verandahs, gables, exposed eaves, weatherboard, metal deck roofs, towers, steel, marine wire and shade sails.

Trinity at Alkimos will provide a residential alternative, an escape and retreat from the surrounding busy district and regional centres. The focus will be on detail, quality and intimacy.
