Design guidelines have been created by the LWP Urban Design Team to assist in delivering a high-quality development with a unified appearance.

New homes will be of a contemporary design and split into two categories; Interactive Living & Traditional Living. There will be a particular emphasis on promoting homes which allow for interaction with neighbours.
