At the heart of everything will be the village centre, a rich and vibrant setting for local interaction. It will be somewhere to drop in for a quick catch-up over coffee or to pick up a few last-minute things for lunch. Because it has been designed as an intimate neighbourhood, the village centre will be within easy reach of every one of the 3,500 homesites, never more than a 15 minute stroll away.

Walkability is a big feature of the development with corridors of natural pathways and cycle routes integrating everything, both within The Glades and with Byford town centre.
