The design guidelines also identify areas where buyers can reduce the carbon footprint of their new home. This can often result in savings in running costs – a bonus for the buyer!

LWP’s specialist Urban Design Team aims to create design guidelines that are straightforward and easily understood, whilst providing for a modern, cohesive streetscape. They are always on hand to provide advice and information to purchasers and home builders.
