Living at Huntlee

Given its favorable place in the Hunter Valley, Huntlee presents as the perfect opportunity to introduce a fully master-planned community that draws upon the strong generational communities that surround it. 

Huntlee will be the first new town in the Hunter Valley for 50 years. The location
is steeped in mining history, aboriginal and European heritage and relates directly with the Hunter Valley Vineyard areas of Pokolbin and Lovedale along its southern boundary.  

Huntlee has the opportunity to deliver to the Region, significant access to infrastructure and facilities that are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. If there was a vision it is probably to simply create a new town that captures its place within the Hunter, is innovative, exciting and sustainable for future generations of Hunter Valley peoples.

As a 20+ year project, the design will respond to its existing place within the Hunter, respect its history and cultures, provide housing choice, understand community expectations and offer diverse lifestyle opportunities.
