Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation
Formed in 2002 by LWP, the Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation fosters the development of cultural activities throughout Ellenbrook.
A key component in the creation of a sustainable community, the Cultural Foundation has three main goals:
- to initiate new cultural programs in the community
- to encourage and fund new and existing groups
- to develop important cultural facilities.
The Cultural Foundation has established two venues. The GrapeVine Community Artspace is a place for short courses, artist in resident programmes and suchlike, while the The Gallery at Ellenbrook is home to an innovative programme of exhibitions including local residents’ and world class displays.
The Foundation was the Inaugural Community Access Partner of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and is an Education Partner with the Black Swan Theatre Company.
