How do we work

Town centreLWP takes a project from land acquisition, through the urban planning phase, to development, marketing and sales.

When funding the acquisition and development process, LWP operates a range of business models.  These include outright purchase, joint ventures, development agreements and project management agreements.

The company uses multi-disciplinary teams led by a Project Manager for a comprehensive approach to project management and to create truly integrated land developments.

This multi-disciplinary approach is ideally suited to New Urbanism; a planning model which aims to create a strong sense of place and community.

Applying New Urbanist principles, LWP developments put people at the centre of the planning process. We promote walkability, connectivity, mixed-use developments, a diverse range of housing, quality architecture and urban design, and sustainability.

These principles create communities which reflect traditional neighbourhoods with a discernible centre and edge. LWP places importance on the quality of public spaces, making public art and quality landscaping a feature of its developments.

This approach is evident throughout LWP’s award winning projects.
