LWP is a land developer specialising in medium to large scale urban projects. Our work encompasses residential, commercial, retail, industrial and community developments.

Our guiding principle is ‘going beyond the plan’ to develop better places to live, work and play. LWP creates lifestyles and communities.

The company is best known for its master planned communities. These include Ellenbrook, a joint venture with the Western Australian Department of Housing and Works (30,000 people), Trinity at Alkimos WA (8,000 people), Byford WA (10,000 people) and Huntlee in the Hunter Region NSW (20,000 people). 

LWP has a team of 35 staff managing a portfolio of 12 active projects across Western Australia and New South Wales. This portfolio will yield more than 20,000 lots with an end realisation in excess of $4 billion.
